The Digital News Publishers Association (DNPA) is an organization of India’s leading digital news publishers, dedicated to promoting quality journalism and credible information in the digital space. This Code of Ethics outlines the standards and practices for responsible digital publishing.

- Accuracy, Objectivity, and Fairness:
- We strive to ensure that all information, data, and evaluations presented on rankllms.com are accurate, thoroughly verified, and based on objective criteria.
- We are committed to presenting our rankings and analyses in a fair and unbiased manner.
- Should any inaccuracies be identified, we will promptly correct them and ensure transparency with our users.
- Transparency:
- We believe in being transparent about our methodologies for ranking and evaluating LLMs. Where possible and appropriate, we will provide clarity on the benchmarks and processes used.
- Any sponsored content or partnerships that could influence the presentation of information will be clearly disclosed.
- Respect for Intellectual Property:
- We respect the intellectual property rights of others.
- Content, data, or materials sourced from third parties will be appropriately attributed, and we will seek necessary permissions where required.
- No Misleading Information or Sensationalism:

- Our aim is to provide factual and sober analysis, avoiding sensationalism or clickbait in the presentation of our findings.
- Right of Reply and Corrections:
- We acknowledge the importance of providing an opportunity for entities (e.g., LLM developers) to respond to information presented about them on our platform if they believe it to be inaccurate or misleading.
- If an error or significant inaccuracy is brought to our attention and verified, we will take appropriate steps to correct the information. This may include editing, updating, or, if necessary, removing the content in question.
- Compliance with Laws:

- Respect for Privacy:
- While our focus is on models and technology, we respect the privacy of individuals. We will handle any personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our own privacy policy.
- No Hate Speech or Discrimination:
- We will not publish content that promotes hate speech, incites violence, or discriminates against any individual or group based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or any other protected characteristic.
- Editorial Independence (in the context of evaluations):
- Our evaluations and rankings are based on our independent assessment using defined methodologies. These will not be unduly influenced by advertisers or other external commercial interests.
- Grievance Redressal:
- We are committed to addressing any grievances or concerns from our users or the subjects of our evaluations in a timely and fair manner.
