1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing RankLLMs at https://rankllms.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms apply to its research, model directory and scorecards, comparison tools, articles, newsletter, and contact form.

2. Description of the Service

RankLLMs is an independent AI research publication operated by its founder, Lucky Yaduvanshi. It publishes model comparisons, benchmark analysis, pricing and speed information, software-tool reviews, and related reporting. RankLLMs does not sell model-provider subscriptions, process API purchases, or host third-party models. Provider and product names are used for identification and editorial discussion.

3. AI Benchmark & Information Disclaimer

Scores and specifications are editorial research based on the sources and methods described on our Methodology page. RankLLMs does not independently run every benchmark it reports. Provider models, prices, limits, and service terms can change; the original provider or benchmark source is authoritative. Results are informational and do not guarantee performance on your workload. 4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy Site content in a way that degrades the service or infringes rights (reasonable attribution-based citation is welcome; see Section 5).
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, Cloudflare edge services, or related infrastructure.
• Submit fraudulent, abusive, or spam content through the newsletter or contact form.
• Use the Site in violation of applicable laws or regulations, or to infringe the rights of others.
• Misrepresent RankLLMs data as your own research or imply endorsement by RankLLMs of any product or service.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, original articles, benchmark analyses, charts, site designs, and evaluation code published on RankLLMs are owned by RankLLMs, their authors, or other identified rights holders. You may cite or quote RankLLMs benchmark data in articles, repositories, and research provided appropriate attribution with a link to https://rankllms.com is included. Model names, provider logos, and trademarks referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by RankLLMs.

6. Free Credits & External Deals Disclaimer

RankLLMs tracks promotional free AI credits, GPU compute discounts, and developer tier offers. We do not issue third-party vouchers, honor promotional terms, or process API billing directly. Promotions are subject to availability and to the terms set by their respective AI platforms, and may change or expire without notice; check the provider's current terms before acting. If a particular offer or recommendation uses an affiliate or referral link, that relationship is disclosed clearly near the link or recommendation. A disclosure on this policy page does not replace the disclosure on the relevant page.

7. User Contributions

Contact messages are used to respond to the inquiry and handled by the form service providers described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit passwords, confidential business information, or personal information about another person unless you have permission and it is necessary for your request. Sending a message does not transfer ownership of your work to RankLLMs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankLLMs and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the information on it - including decisions made on the basis of benchmark data, pricing information, or model recommendations. The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site links to third-party websites, documentation, and offers for convenience. RankLLMs does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices, or availability of external sites. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify the Site, its features, or these Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date when these Terms change. Continued use after a revision may constitute acceptance where applicable law permits; where additional notice or consent is required, we will provide it.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
