1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RankLLMs (located at https://rankllms.com, the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, readers, and users of the Site's benchmark tools, comparison engine, articles, APIs (including the public models JSON endpoint), and feedback features.

2. Description of the Service

RankLLMs is an independent publication that provides AI model leaderboards, benchmark evaluations and explainers, model comparison tools, LLM pricing and speed research, AI coding agent reviews, and news coverage of the large language model ecosystem. The Site is editorial in nature: it does not sell AI services, process API purchases, or host models on your behalf. References to third-party models, providers, or tools are for identification and commentary purposes only.

3. AI Benchmark & Information Disclaimer

All benchmark evaluations, SWE-bench coding accuracy figures, Terminal Bench results, TTFT latency statistics, VRAM estimates, and token pricing data published on RankLLMs are provided for informational and research purposes only. While we make every effort to maintain data accuracy through rigorous sourcing and testing (see our Methodology), AI model provider APIs, pricing structures, rate limits, and model weights change frequently and sometimes without notice. RankLLMs makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness or real-time accuracy of third-party data. Benchmark results reflect specific evaluation conditions and do not guarantee similar outcomes on your workloads. For details, see our Disclaimer.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy Site content or the models JSON API in a manner that degrades service for other users (reasonable attribution-based citation is welcome; see Section 5).
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, Cloudflare edge services, or related infrastructure.
• Submit fraudulent, abusive, or spam content through the feedback, vote, newsletter, or contact features.
• Use the Site in violation of applicable laws or regulations, or to infringe the rights of others.
• Misrepresent RankLLMs data as your own research or imply endorsement by RankLLMs of any product or service.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all original articles, benchmark analyses, charts, site designs, and evaluation code published on RankLLMs are the intellectual property of RankLLMs and founder Lucky Yaduvanshi. You may cite or quote RankLLMs benchmark data in articles, repositories, and research provided appropriate attribution with a link to https://rankllms.com is included. Model names, provider logos, and trademarks referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by RankLLMs.

6. Free Credits & External Deals Disclaimer

RankLLMs tracks promotional free AI credits, GPU compute discounts, and developer tier offers. We do not issue third-party vouchers, honor promotional terms, or process API billing directly. Promotions are subject to availability and to the terms set by their respective AI platforms, and may change or expire without notice; each deal post states its verification date. Some deal links may be affiliate or referral links, disclosed on the page where they appear, which may earn RankLLMs a commission at no additional cost to you.

7. User Contributions

Feedback, votes, and comments submitted through the Site's forms may be stored and displayed (for example, article feedback ratings). By submitting content you grant RankLLMs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that submission in connection with operating the Site. Do not submit personal data about third parties or confidential information you do not have the right to share.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankLLMs and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the information on it - including decisions made on the basis of benchmark data, pricing information, or model recommendations. The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site links to third-party websites, documentation, and offers for convenience. RankLLMs does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices, or availability of external sites. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify the Site, its features, or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above, and continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
